Executive Board Positions
V.P. Membership –The V.P. Membership works with the membership committee to plan the annual membership campaign. The V.P. Membership is responsible for creating and implementing a membership plan, promoting membership throughout the year, collecting dues and distributing membership cards.
V.P. Ways & Means– The V.P. Ways & Means works with the ways and means committee to organize fundraisers, which will pay for the programs and services provided by PTA. This person will also be responsible for the collection of all money from the fundraisers for deposit.
Parliamentarian -The Parliamentarian reviews and studies the unit's bylaws and standing rules annually. If changes are required, asks the president to appoint a committee for this review. Assists the president in preparing for meetings when requested.

Book Fair Coordinator– The Book Fair coordinator is responsible for organization and implementation of book fairs during the school year. They will work with the Earn-A-Book Coordinator to help earn teachers free books from our book fair through parent volunteer hours.
Father / Son Event Coordinator – Coordinates a Father /Son event sponsored by PTA.
Father / Daughter Event Coordinator – Coordinates a Father / Daughter event sponsored by PTA.
Mother / Son Event Coordinator – Coordinates a Mother / Son event sponsored by PTA.
Mother / Daughter Event Coordinator – Coordinates a Mother / Daughter event sponsored by PTA.
Volunteer Coordinator–The Volunteer chairman is responsible for contacting and coordinating volunteers during PTA events.
